Team Insights administrators now have a new filter available, “Managers”, which is used to review the results for each of the managers that you have configured in Team Insights. This is an additional filter to the existing ones, so you can use them together to obtain the data you need.
To use it, just go to the “Filter” tab, in the section where you can choose the Departments or Groups, and select the Manager or Managers for which you want to view the information.
With this feature, you will be able to review the results of each manager, compare their results and take actions with the manager if you consider.
