With the manager’s access configured and the option checking specific metrics for their teams, employees now have the possibility to choose whether or not to allow their written feedback reaches their manager (in addition to reaching Team Insights‘ administrator, as usual).
When answering an open question or when leaving new feedback in the employee portal, the user can choose their preference by using the “Protect this feedback to be read from my manager” button. The button to mark the conversation as anonymous (in order to erase who is leaving the comment) is still active, along with this new functionality.
