Below, you will find the latest news from Team Insights, which we have been working on in the past few months.

Many of these improvements are thanks to the feedback that users gave us, so we wanted to thank you for collaborating in the growth of Team Insights.

Special and Key Dimensions in a Single Survey

The special dimensions were created in response to specific interventions and to measure precise aspects of the work environment. That is why we designed them with an answering format which is parallel to the one of the key dimensions. In order to improve the user experience and maintain the coherence of these dimensions, we have joined all the dimensions in a single survey sent to the user. The user will receive an email to answer the survey as always, where there will be questions of the dimensions selected by the administrator (either special or key dimensions).

New frequencies in sending surveys

In response to the concern of several customers, we have introduced new settings in the frequencies of surveys sent, transitioning from 3, 4 and 5 weeks to 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks.

In the 2-week setting, 8 questions will be sent, which are answered in 2 minutes. If you choose to send every 4 weeks, there will be 16 questions (with a 5-minutes time response), while the sending every 8 weeks will consist of 32 questions, with a 9-minutes time response. If you want to send every 12 weeks, there will be 48 questions to answers, with a response time of 15 minutes approximately.

New survey language

As administrators, you can send surveys in Catalan, both as a general company setting and for those users who wish to receive the surveys specifically in this language, as a supplement to English and Spanish.

Improved group management

To facilitate the change of users in different groups, we have enabled the possibility to do so directly from the profile of each user, where you will be able to see to which groups they are assigned to, as well as add or remove groups in a very easy way.

Employee Dashboard

We have designed a specific space so that users, beyond the administrator, can interact. This space allows the user to:
1. Chat (anonymously or not) with the administrator, either through the response of a comment made on the open-ended question or because they wish to give new feedback.
2. Access the last unanswered survey. If they have had problems with their email, they can access the survey whenever they want through the portal.
3. The portal is activated for the first time with each new registration or for those users that are already on the platform and they receive a comment from the administrator through feedback.

Chat with Team Insights for any doubts, questions or suggestions

You can access our support team directly from the Team Insights platform through a chat which is always accessible and that you can find in the bottom right corner of the screen. This way, you will be able to contact our customer service team for any questions you may have in any moment.

New email design

We have redesigned emails to improve visibility and usability on different devices and to highlight that the information recollected is completely anonymous and therefore encourage participation.

Improvements in email reception

We have many various improvements in the reception of emails in their mailboxes, where in the event of any error, they will be able to see the origin of it and thus be able to quickly take actions to correct it.

Automatic payment

We have finished the first part of the automatic payment from the Team Insights page, so little by little you will see new settings regarding automatic payment, which will allow you to directly sign onto the tool. This allows greater autonomy and management by the user administrator.
