Every chart available in Team Insights is now dynamic, which means that the scale adapts to the results, so that you can see them in a clear and intuitive way. If you use the filters of the charts to see the evolution over time, where you can choose between 6 months, 1 year, or see all the historical data, the scale will also adapt to the results. With Team Insights you can send a reminder to those users who have not yet answered the last survey by clicking just one button. These users will receive an email reminding them that they have a pending survey to answer. To send this reminder, from the "Settings" menu, you have to go to the "Employees" section, where you will see the "Massive Reminder" button at the top. As you click this option, you will be asked for a confirmation, and after doing so, the automatic sending will be carried out. We have developed a new function which gives employees the possibility to skip questions in the surveys they receive. As an administrator, you can choose to enable this feature, or you can continue leaving all questions as mandatory. To select this, you have to go to the "Surveys" menu and then "Settings", where you can choose the desired option using the "Allow users to skip questions" button. The purpose of this functionality is to give employees the freedom to choose not to answer a specific question. This can also increase employee participation, as some may leave the survey without answering all the questions if they are forced...

Have you activated several simultaneous surveys and want to see the results quickly? Here's the solution: you can check the main result for each specific survey from the dashboard. In order to check them, you have to go to the Dashboard, and after the lasts feedbacks received from employees, you will see the section with the results of each of the surveys that are currently active. This section will help you to review the average score of each survey in the same screen, so you can check the details of the desired survey if needed. As Team Insights' administrator, you can now configure and update the teams within the organization, assigning the corresponding team members to each manager. In order to do so, you have to be in the "Configuration" tab, and go to the "Employee" section, in order to edit the correspondent employee you want to update. You will see the "Hierarchy" tab, where you can assign the specific employees to the team. If you use this feature, managers will be able to view their own team's results.
